We're thrilled that you've chosen Mugo Furniture for your furniture needs! To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 5-year warranty on all our products. Here's how you can redeem your warranty:

Step 1: Post a photo of your setup/completed product on your social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and tag us @mugofurniture.

Step 2: Make sure the post is set to public so that we can see it.

Step 3: Fill up the warranty redemption form (https://forms.gle/w2zCdZzmBZnuyJNE9), which will ask for your personal details such as your name, contact information, order number and the link to your social media post.

Step 4: Submit the form and wait for us to verify your post. We will take around 5-7 working days to process your warranty.

Step 5: Once we verify your post, we will award you with the 5-year warranty. You will receive an email confirming that your warranty has been granted.
