Refund policy

We are pleased to offer a 30-day easy return policy for our valued customers. Please note that the delivery fees associated with returning an item will be the customer's responsibility. In the event that you choose to deliver the item back to our warehouse, we will provide a full refund. However, if you require us to arrange for the item to be picked up, a 10% restocking fee will be charged as delivery fee. We hope you understand that this fee is necessary to ensure we can continue providing high-quality products and services to all our customers. 

To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@mugofurniture.com.my or message us on WhatsApp at +6010-9089809 with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange for a pick-up of the item from your address at no cost to you. Please ensure that the item is in new or unused condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, be sure to get in touch with us immediately at hello@mugofurniture.com.my or message us on WhatsApp at +6010-9089809 with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a solution or arrange for a return within 3-5 business days.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns, unless they are damaged or defective.
